New team joins the Southwest Divison of the Western Conference.

Temecula FC

Temecula FC joins the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) to begin 2014 season. Temecula FC is only one of many new clubs to join the fast growing League in the United States. The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is the successor to the Men’s Premier Soccer League (MPSL), which was formed in 2002.  The NPSL is sanctioned by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the governing body of soccer in the United States. The NPSL operates and is managed as a team-run league. The structure of the league allows each team to have one vote on the executive committee.  Each team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining league minimum standards at a professional level.
Temecula FC is owned and operated by Brandon Jantz and Vince Paccione who will tend to the day to day operations, Jantz will fill the position of President of Temecula FC while Paccione will act as Vice President of the club. Both come with large back grounds in the sport as players up to the professional level. The club also operates the youth side as well.
Temecula FC will begin play in 2014 in the Southwest Region of the Western Conference. They will join the San Diego Flash, FC Hasental, the Santa Clarita Storm, Las Vegas Stallions FC and the San Diego Boca and Arizona Monsoons. The division will play a 14 to 16 game schedule beginning in April and running through to July with National playoffs and finials in August. Temecula will also participate in the Lamar Hunt United States Open Cup competition.
