It's the decision of
the NPSL Executive Committee that the result from the game, under
appeal, will stand. The game will not be replayed nor will the result
be overturned. While we're very disappointed with the poor decision of
the officials and plan to sanction these officials from NPSL, NPSL
Executive Committee have made the decision that the games result will
stand. I've copied Exec Committee Members & Dave Simmons on this
email. Once again, we're very disappointed that we're in this position
due to the decisions of the officials, which affects NPSL Members, but
believe this is the correct decision under the circumstances.

Email received July 9th in regards to protest of violation of misapplication of rule 14 of FIFA
