Eric Flores
Santa Clarita, California- The Santa Clarita Storm men's NPSL team began their off season play last week at the Santa Clarita Soccer Center. They found themselves in need to adjust to a faster and smaller game with some different rules of play.
A team White Out beat the Storm 5-3 in a game that the Storm came from behind and almost caught up down by one in the last minute of the game and gave up another goal to White Out to complete their win over the Storm.
This week the Storm with the addition of more of their regular starters and getting some what more familiar with the indoor game came back and played a complete different game with scoring from
Derek Dodrill,Navid Mahabadi, Eric Flores, Daniel Neumann, and Alex Harlley and a stellar performance in goal by veteran Zach Brunner to give the Storm a 8 to 3 victory over team Awesome. Storm will be competing in the off season in the premier division of the Santa Clarita Soccer Center through the fall season.
The Storm will play Chameleon F C next Saturday Oct 26th at 3:30pm at the Center.

The Santa Clarita Storm is part of the National Premier Soccer League.  The fast growing league in North America, a fourth tier of US Soccer Federation. Who's regular season will began in April of 2014 fine out more on the Storm, NPSL and the players follow us at www.fcscprosoccer.com
